Our projects
Sunshine Bay Residence
The process of making 3D printed products begins with designing a 3D model using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Once the design is finalized, it is converted into a format that a 3D printer can interpret, typically an STL file. The next step involves selecting the appropriate material, which can range from plastics to metals, depending on the intended use of the product. The 3D printer then layers the material according to the design specifications, building the object layer by layer. This additive manufacturing process allows for precise details and complex geometries that traditional manufacturing methods may not achieve. After printing, the product often requires post-processing steps, such as cleaning, curing, or painting, to enhance its appearance and durability. This innovative technology has revolutionized various industries, enabling rapid prototyping and customized production on demand.
